Reservation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos.
- Passport, boarding pass, or government-issued identification upon is required upon check in.
- Check in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- A security deposit of PHP 3,000.00 pesos per room per night is required.
- All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of PHP 15,000.00 will be charged for smoking in the room(s).
- We discourage outside food and drinks to be brought inside the guestroom (s).
- The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying soiling or damage caused by accident and negligence of the guests to the Hotel property.
- Guests must keep their valuables in their safety deposit box provided inside their room(s). The Hotel is not liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables.
- An extra person staying overnight will be charged Php 2,000.00.

- The credit card (if provided) on file is only used as guarantee to confirm the booking. However, the hotel reserves the right to charge the 1st night payment against the credit card for any cancellation beyond the allowed time and for NO show.

- Physical credit card, along with a valid ID are required upon check in
- The name on the booking must match the name on the credit card to be used to pay for the reservation
- Bank transfer is highly recommended. Please contact the hotel for our bank details.
